Products and Orders

• Order Process: To place an order, select the items you wish to purchase, review your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Please review the details carefully.
• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the case of an out-of-stock item, we will notify you, and you may choose to cancel or adjust your order.

Pricing and Payment

• Pricing Information: All prices are listed in Euro and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do include taxes within Europe. Outside Europe prices do not include taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.. Payments will be processed securely through a third-party payment processor.
• Taxes and Duties: For international order, outside Europe, sales tax will be applied to orders as required by law. For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their region.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Policies: We offer domestic and international shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-10 business days, depend on the country.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping, in Europe, for order above 60€ .
• Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to third-party shipping carriers or external factors.
• Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or certain international locations. Please review shipping restrictions during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

a. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened cosmetic products.

• Return Policy: We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange or a full refund.

b. How to Request a Return

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will provide instructions on how to return the product.

c. Return Shipping Fees

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Earthy Makeup will cover the return shipping cost.

d. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

e. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

• Opened or used products
• Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards

Certain products, such as opened makeup items for hygiene reasons, are non-returnable. Please review the product descriptions for more details.
